OMG Announces Program for Real-time and Embedded Systems Workshop
Washington, D.C., July 11-14, 2005

Needham, MA, USA - April 4, 2005 - The Object Management Group™ (OMG™), a software consortium responsible for establishing distributed computing specifications, today announced the program for its sixth annual workshop on Distributed Object Computing for Real-time and Embedded Systems. Co-sponsored by PrismTech (www.prismtech.com) and BAE Systems (www.baesystems.com), the workshop will take place July 11-14, 2005 in Washington, D.C. Application Development Trends (www.adtmag.com) is the workshop's media sponsor.

The workshop is open to anyone interested in real-time or embedded applications, services, tools and methodologies. The program will include one and a half days of tutorials on relevant technologies and two and a half days of presentations, panels and discussions. There will also be technology exhibits and demonstrations on Tuesday and Wednesday of the workshop. The early-bird registration discount is available until June 13, 2005.
